Multidisciplinary organisation of bioinformatic activities.

This SMBI makes researchers and teachers sensitive to the different disciplines so as to get into the themes of bioinformatics. This domain, a niche in the market, has many applications, especially in biotechnology and in the medical research.

The association SMBI, through its contacts with national and international institutions and associations, will search for funds to help flowering holders of doctorate degree, the organisation of scientific events “scientific meetings”, annual thematic meetings and conferences and “to the broadcast of information in the field.

The association constitutes a place of exchange and exceptional collaborations with foreign partners of complementary and diverse competence open to contribute to the progress on many levels of this thematic in Morocco.

The main mission of the Society “SMBI” is to promote and favour contact between researchers in Bioinformatics.
